Meet Cynthia
Cynthia Tranel is the visionary force, principal interior designer, product designer, and founder of the interior design house Cynthia Tranel Studio + the homeware and lifestyle retail brand, Label C. Born and raised in Beirut, Cynthia embarked on her design journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture from ALBA Beirut and a Master’s Degree in Interior Design for Luxury Living from Marangoni Milan in Italy.
After graduating, she began her career at a leading Middle Eastern architecture firm, specializing in luxury residential projects in the UAE and Europe serving a-list clientele, then expanded her expertise in the Cayman Islands with projects across North America and the Caribbean, gaining unique and invaluable experience in international design.
After years of pioneering the industry with her distinct vision, she launched Cynthia Tranel Studio and Label C in 2019 to fully embrace her creative aspirations. Cynthia takes a thoughtful approach to each project and aims to create timeless interiors that feel wholeheartedly home.
Cynthia is transforming the design industry by preserving history through heartfelt remodels, harmonizing tradition with innovation in new builds, and building a brand that effortlessly fuses inspired home design with lifestyle. When not running her studio and retail brand, she treasures spending quality time with her family, cooking, and hosting loved ones at her island home in Grand Cayman.
